I understand firsthand the challenges with navigating changes in career and life. I also know firsthand that it’s possible to THRIVE through change, not just survive it.

From transitioning careers from the battlefield to the boardroom, rebuilding my life post divorce, and facing cancer head on (on my terms), I’ve learned how to harness adversity to fuel my own growth and build a purpose-fueled life I LOVE.
